Rupp's PATENTED Lok-Up's are an innovative locking pulley system that allows you to keep your outrigger clips, or teaser line perfectly positioned in your spread by eliminating "line creep" while trolling.  

Rupp Lok-Ups are compatible with a variety of halyard materials, they provide a firm grip on 400lb/500lb monofilament, 1/8" nylon rope, paracord and Dacron.  This patented design offers the ability to easily replace the internal locking components if needed. Beware of imitations!
